All sales are final. We only accept defected and damaged items for returns and exchange without dismantling. Please refer to the "Warranty policy" for more details on Product Warranty and returns for defective and damage items. 

• We ship to register PayPal shipping addresses ONLY. 
• All items will be shipped via Hong Kong Post Air Mail Registered. The transit time is around 5 to 15 working days for North America, Australia, and major European cities, except for Italy, which will take 3-4 weeks due to their customs process. Please contact us for assistance if you do not receive your item within 4 weeks (6 week for Italy) after your payment and we will investigate the problem.
• Insurance is optional. We will not be liable for damages and/or any losses in transit if optional insurance is not purchased.
• Tracking of Hong Kong Post Air Mail Registered packages is provided by the Hong Kong Post Office, we will email the tracking number to the buyer upon shipment.
• The buyer is responsible for all subsequent shipping and handling fee(s) for non-delivery due to incorrect shipping address unless the non-delivery is caused by our errors.
• The buyer is repsonsible for custom duty / tax requested by local authority.

Speedict warrants the product designated herein (the “Product”) to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, for a period of (2) two years from the date of shipment from Speedict. The product is provided without warranty of any kind except that it complies with the applicable Product specifications. Speedict shall not be responsible for any dismantling and/or reinstallation charges.
 

Over the years we have experience a number of users request for repairs services, of which, vast majority of them are not warranty related. They wish to substantially reduce the turnaround time to minimize the interruption of their daily use as well as shipment cost. in addition, we have users whose screw up the product themselves do wish we have a more generous or substantially discounted product replacement policy.

In answer to these requests, we have introduced a “no fault expedite replacement services” to registered users, upon request, and we identified the product is qualify for an RMA, we will ship a new replacement product for a fixed price of (US$55), shipping and handling included. 

New replacement unit has extended 30 days warranty on existing warranty expiry date.
